Kent East African Society would like to invite you to Kelele, a chance to not only unwind from your busy schedules, but also enjoy a showcase of Black Culture.
In the spirit of Ubuntu (togetherness) we wanted a night where we could enjoy the Rich Black Culture. A blend if you will, of the East to the West of the motherland to the Carribeans. This is Round 2, who says that Black History Month can only be in October though?
Partnering with Kent Union, Christian Performing Arts Society, Kent Zimbambwe and Books for Africa we present you with a night enriched with Black culture. With acts including an East African fashion show, traditional dances and other perfomances you really do not want to miss.
For all those turn up Kings and Queens we've got you sorted. An after party will be held, we have control of the playlist so you know its going to be lit! (details of the venue coming soon)
